Due to the spreading fire in Jerusalem's Yefe Nof area, security forces have begun evacuating the first row of homes in the neighborhood. The brush fire is spreading in two directions, with ground and aerial firefighting teams working to contain the flames and prevent their spread toward residential buildings, infrastructure and Yad Vashem. Firefighting efforts are focused on protecting the first row of houses. Residents in the area have been instructed to stay indoors due to heavy smoke concentration.
