Police arrested 13 protesters on suspicion of disturbing public order after they climbed onto the roof of the National Library in Jerusalem during protests in the city calling for the return of hostages. According to police, "The protesters did not comply with police instructions while making provocations, hanging signs and lighting a smoke grenade."
