Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital reported that nine people were evacuated from the daycare in Beitar Illit - five toddlers and four adult women. One toddler was moderately injured and the rest lightly. Deputy Hospital Director Dr. Salah Dahar confirmed that 'in light of MDA's notification, a small-scale mass toxicological event was declared - and accordingly, an extensive and protected professional team was prepared to deal with any type of substance identified as the cause of the infants' condition, who mainly presented with facial flushing and restlessness.'
