Kish attacks Lapid: 'Stop serving Hamas. Call for strike is a gift to the enemy'

|
Education Minister Yoav Kish responded to Opposition Leader Yair Lapid's call to join the strike by families of hostages and bereaved families on Sunday, stating: "Stop serving Hamas. Your call to shut down the economy in the name of 'solidarity' is a gift to the enemy, not to the hostages." According to Kish, "Hamas has decided not to release hostages and the pressure you are creating only harms Israel, not the murderous enemy. If you truly care about the hostages, direct your energy toward heavy international pressure on Hamas and the mediators, not against the people and government who are doing everything to bring the hostages home."
