This is a generation that is not waiting for permission or perfect conditions. Some are already known on the global stage, others are shaping impact quietly and consistently behind the scenes, but all are driven by a shared instinct to build, create and move things forward. Their work crosses borders, industries and narratives, reflecting a broader story of resilience, ambition and the ability to lead in real time.
As Israel marks its 78th Independence Day, ynet Global’s flagship “Future young voices” project turns the spotlight to where things are headed, not just where they stand. In a moment shaped by uncertainty, tension and rapid change, the focus shifts to those already stepping into responsibility, not as future leaders, but as present ones. The initiative brings together standout young voices from Israel and Jewish communities worldwide, spanning technology, entrepreneurship, culture, science, sports and public life.

Together, they form a living map of influence that stretches far beyond geography. Some are building companies, others shaping narratives, advancing research or creating cultural impact, each in their own way responding to a world that demands both agility and clarity. What connects them is not a single path, but a shared mindset: a willingness to take part, to engage and to shape outcomes rather than wait for them.
Among those featured, all named as part of ynet Global’s selection, are well recognized figures alongside rising voices: Gal Gadot, the Israeli-born Wonder Woman who has become one of the country’s most recognizable figures worldwide and the first Israeli actor to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame; NBA star Deni Avdija, who made history with his All-Star selection and continues to establish himself among the league’s top players; Assaf Rappaport, co-founder of Wiz, behind one of Israel’s largest exits; Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, whose work brought generative AI tools like ChatGPT into everyday life; and Emily Austin, who at just 24 has become one of the most prominent Jewish-American voices in the public and media sphere.
The project was developed in collaboration with leading partners, including The Jewish Agency, Masa, the Technion, Nefesh B’Nefesh and JNF-USA, reflecting a shared commitment to strengthening the connection between Israel and Jewish communities worldwide. By bringing together voices from across sectors and continents, the initiative highlights not only individual achievement, but a broader ecosystem of support, opportunity and shared purpose.
At its core, this reflects something deeper than individual success. It captures a moment in which identity, responsibility and global connection intersect, where the next chapter is not defined by distance or borders, but by action. In that sense, it is less about looking ahead and more about recognizing that the future is already in motion, carried forward by those choosing to lead within it.
