The IDF spokesperson announced that in a joint operation with the Shin Bet, the IDF eliminated terrorist Fadel Abu al-Ata on June 7. The terrorist previously served as deputy commander of the Shajaiya sector and during the war was appointed as the Islamic Jihad's Shajaiya sector commander. Abu al-Ata was one of the leading coordinators between terrorist organizations in the sector and directed numerous terror plots against IDF forces. He also invaded Israeli territory during the murderous massacre on October 7. Additionally, the IDF eliminated Hamad Kamel Abd al-Aziz Iyad, who was responsible for engineering and explosives in the Islamic Jihad's Turkman Battalion. The terrorist was responsible for planning and executing terror and sabotage operations against IDF forces.
