Spanish PM authorizes purchase of ammunition from Israel after saying he wouldn't

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez has backed down from a promise not to buy Israeli ammunition, in a move that angered his left-wing coalition partners and despite his country's anti-Israel policies. The decision comes after he said earlier this month that he would increase military and security spending. Left-wing parties in the coalition have called on Sanchez to back down and cancel the deal with Guardian LTD Israel.
