At least three people have died when a small migrant boat capsized in the English channel between the city of Kent and northern France. Between 30 and 50 people were on board when the boat capsized.
A search operation involving boats and helicopters is under way, reportedly saving 43 people so far from both the vessel and the water. As searches continue, some fear the number of those deceased will likely grow as the waters are freezing this time of year.
