The IDF said Sunday it had killed Abidallah Naeem Dahoud Moussa, identified as the deputy head of a Hamas sniper cell, in a targeted strike on his vehicle in Deir al-Balah, central Gaza.
The military said that prior to the attack, efforts were made to minimize civilian casualties, including the use of precision weaponry, aerial surveillance and intelligence gathering.
