Lapid to EU: Conditions not ripe for two-state solution

Foreign Minister Yair Lapid Monday addressed 26 European foreign ministers in a speech to the EU Foreign Affairs Council, where he addressed the two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Lapid said that it is "no secret" that he supports the proposal, but added that conditions are currently not ripe for a peace deal.
