Over 100 Israeli victims of Hamas’s October 7 attack will press charges against UNRWA at the New York Federal Court, accusing it of allegedly assisting genocide, crimes against humanity, torture, and systematic rape executed by Hamas.
Ditza Heiman, a former Israeli hostage held in Gaza for over 50 days, said that “the terrorist who held me hostage for 53 days worked as a teacher at a UNRWA school.”
