Another monkey found in Bedouin town in Negev

Police rescued another monkey, which was found in an open area near the Bedouin town of Bir Hadaj in the northern Negev. The monkey was transferred to the Nature and Parks Authority inspectors for further treatment and medical examinations. The Negev Region and Southern District police, in cooperation with the Nature and Parks Authority, have so far rescued 12 monkeys and two lion cubs in the Negev, and a total of 20 monkeys and four cubs have been rescued.
