Hebron mayor stops paying cash for killing dogs

The Mayor of Hebron announced he would no longer pay cash for the killing of dogs in his city.
Mayor Tayseer Abu Sneineh offered a sum equal to $5 for each dog killed and delivered to the municipality but retracted the offer after being urged by Israeli security officials.
