The 2025 Sapir Prize for Literature was awarded to Amir Harash for his book "Bereavement and Failure and Zombies" at a ceremony held in Jerusalem. Harash was announced as the winner after five authors and their books made it to this year's shortlist. Harash will receive a grant of 180,000 shekels, and his book will be translated into Arabic and another foreign language of his choice.
