Following a manhunt, police arrested a Jisr az-Zarqa resident in his 20s suspected of murdering local resident Rozit Jurban (23). Authorities reported the incident had a criminal background. Jurban was shot dead while walking to her parents' home from the beach, and according to initial suspicions, the assassin hit her by mistake before fleeing the scene.
