A motorcycle rider was killed in a single-vehicle accident at the Ganot Interchange at the exit from Highway 1 toward Highway 4 northbound. Magen David Adom paramedics were forced to pronounce him dead at the scene. Police have opened an investigation into the circumstances of the accident.
