U.S. President Donald Trump again expressed his disappointment with Russian President Vladimir Putin, claiming he's "not done with him." He said this in a phone interview with BBC and added: "I thought a deal with Russia was possible four times already - and then Putin bombed a building in Kyiv." Trump also referred to NATO, saying it is "no longer obsolete - because the allies are paying their bills."
