The State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment today at the Jerusalem District Court against Alaa Abu Roukub (35), a resident of A-Ram north of Jerusalem, for murdering his partner Islam Tawil who was in her 39th week of pregnancy. According to the indictment, Abu Roukub murdered the deceased, burned her body and left it in the parking lot of an abandoned building. The next morning, her burned body was found with the fetus, still connected by umbilical cord, outside her body.
