Trump: 'We ended the war with the most casualties since World War II'

|
US President Donald Trump held a press conference at the White House, following the announcement of a peace agreement between the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda, signed with American mediation. "This was the war with the highest death toll since World War II - and we put an end to it," said Trump, who invited the presidents of both countries to visit Washington. Secretary of State Marco Rubio added: "We have seen the President's pursuit of peace with Russia and Ukraine, Israel and Iran, and India and Pakistan."
