Iran is exporting more oil through the Strait of Hormuz than before the war. The Wall Street Journal reported this based on data from Kpler, a company that tracks oil data in real time and analyzes vessel movements and commodity flows. According to the company, since the start of the war on February 28, seven tankers have loaded oil off the coast of Iran, and at least two of the most recent loadings occurred in the Persian Gulf. According to the data, over the past six days, tankers loaded an average of 2.1 million barrels of Iranian oil, while in February—in the days before the war—the average stood at 2 million barrels.
