U.S. President Donald Trump warned the Nigerian government that "if it continues to allow the killing of Christians, the U.S. will immediately halt all aid to it." In the same message posted on TruthSocial, the president warned that the U.S. might invade Nigeria "with great force" to "completely wipe out the Islamic terrorists who are committing these horrible atrocities. I am directing the Department of War to prepare for possible action."
