The Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar, affiliated with Hezbollah, reported that residents of villages in southern Lebanon "will not wait for approval from Israel or the cease-fire supervision committee to return to their homes at the end of the 60-day agreement," on Sunday. It said the residents announced that they would return to the villages even if the IDF does not withdraw from them.
