The spokesman for the Health Ministry in Gaza, which is controlled by Hamas, said that the number of casualties in the bombing in Jabaliya is expected to increase later, as rescue operations currently are being conducted there. He claimed that at the moment it is known that more than 400 people were killed and injured in what he called the "Jabaliya massacre," and that dozens more were killed or injured in the bombing at another scene in the Nuseirat camp in the center of Gaza.
