Israel to allow 1,000 workers from Gaza into Israel starting Sunday

Commander of the Unit for the Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories, Major General Ghasan Alyan, announced that Israel will allow some 1,000 traders from Gaza into Israel starting Sunday morning, due to the continued stability in the Gaza Strip.
The COGAT chief added that only those vaccinated or recovered from COVID will be allowed to enter Israel, and that exports from Gaza into Israel will resume through the Kerem Shalom crossing, and that imports from Israel to Gaza will be expanded.
