Eli Feldstein, former military spokesman for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, submitted a request to the Tel Aviv District Court to reconsider its decision to keep him under house arrest, this time citing selective enforcement compared to the PM's associate Jonathan Urich. Feldstein noted in his request that "during the long period that has passed," especially during the investigation of the "Qatar-Gate" affair, it became clear that "the factual basis regarding Urich has changed completely." Feldstein relies on the Attorney General's statement from the 24th of the month, according to which "the suspicion regarding Urich's involvement in transferring classified documents to promote the Prime Minister's political interests has strengthened, and a decision regarding his indictment in the case is expected soon." Feldstein's attorneys, Oded Savoray and Sivan Hauzman, wrote that the announcement "changes the picture dramatically."
