The United States is "intensely focused" on getting the Rafah crossing opened for Americans and foreigners to leave Gaza, State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said on Tuesday, adding Washington had made good progress even in the past few hours. "We are intensely focused on getting the gate open ...
