IDF launches new operation in northern Gaza’s Daraj, Tuffah neighborhoods

IDF forces began operating overnight in the Daraj and Tuffah neighborhoods of Gaza City, the army said Saturday.
The operation aims to deepen Israeli security control in the area and expand the security buffer zone, according to an IDF statement.
Troops have so far killed several terrorists and destroyed observation posts, underground infrastructure and terror facilities.
The military said it is allowing civilians to evacuate the combat zone via designated routes.
“The IDF continues to operate against terror organizations in Gaza to protect Israeli citizens,” the statement read.
