The Balad party which split with the predominately Arab Joint List alliance on Saturday, launched its independent political campaign with a show of support for Palestinians, playing the unofficial Palestinian anthem.
Party leader Sami Abu Shehadeh slammed Prime Minister Yair Lapid for suggesting a two-state solution, while spending more in settlements than his predecessors.
