Israel’s Histadrut chairman threatens general strike if legislation continues

Arnon Bar-David, Chairman of Histadrut – Israel’s largest labor union – threatened on Sunday during a press conference that should legislation on the proposed judicial overhaul continue, the union will launch a general strike in the Israeli market.
“We’re facing historic moments, and we’ll launch a historic worker’s strike. Israel is ours, not anyone else’s,” Bar-David said.
