U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Sunday said the next few days would determine if Russian President Vladimir Putin was serious about peace in Ukraine.
Speaking to CBS, he also said he had discussed what he called the difficult operating conditions of the U.S. embassy in Moscow when he spoke to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov during a recent phone call.
