Prime Minister Naftali Bennett on Friday said the Israeli Russian relations are an important part of Israel's foreign policy, "not only because of Russia's standing but also because of the million Russian speaking Israelis who act as a bridge between the two nations."
Speaking before his departure to Sochi where he will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin later in the day, Bennett said Israel international standing was good.
"There is a great energy and we are on the right track," he said.
