An attempted stabbing attack was thwarted at the Gilboa Crossing, the northernmost crossing in the West Bank.
A Palestinian assailant, a resident of Jenin, ran toward the security personnel with a knife in his hand. The security personnel responded with warning shots, causing the assailant to drop the knife, and they got ahold of him without injuries being caused.
