Egypt's state-affiliated Al-Qahera news said on Tuesday there were 'extensive' Egyptian-Qatari efforts with all parties to reach a ceasefire deal in Gaza. Egypt, Qatar and the United States have been trying to mediate a deal to end the more than year-old war between Israel and Hamas.
