Report: Israel, Hamas agree on points of withdrawal from Gaza

The pro-Qatari newspaper Alquds Alarabi, published in London, reported that an agreement has been reached between Hamas and Israel regarding the points of withdrawal from the Gaza Strip in the first and second phases of a deal, after Hamas was given guarantees that Israel would not return to fighting when the ceasefire agreement ends. Sources also told the Saudi television network Al-Arabiya that "Israel is interested in a buffer zone north and east of Gaza two kilometers deep."
