More than 110 Jewish organizations and communities from 40 member states, sent UN Sec. Gen. António Guterres a letter calling for the immediate release of Israeli hostages held by Hamas in Gaza. They say among them, are citizens of some 20 countries and that Hamas threatened to publicly execute the captives, and that must be taken seriously.
