Israel on Wednesday targeted a convoy transporting arms for Hezbollah, the UK-based Observatory for Human Rights, an opposition group, said on Wednesday. The group earlier reported on an attack carried out by Israel in Homs, Syria, killing three members of the Lebanon-based terror group.
