Netanyahu: Cooperation with US better than ever. Deal? Not at any price

Ilana Curiel, Washington|
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu arrived at the U.S. Congress for a meeting with Senate Republican Majority Leader John Thune. Before the meeting, Netanyahu told reporters that "we want to end Hamas rule in Gaza so it won't pose a threat. In pursuing our shared goal, we have shared strategy and tactics, which involves complete coordination rather than pressure. President Trump wants a deal, but not at any price. So do I. Israel has more demands and we are working together to achieve this. There is friendliness and good cooperation here like never before, nothing like this has existed with any president. We are working diligently to bring about the release of hostages while maintaining our positions."
