Hezbollah Secretary-General Naim Qassem delivered a speech against the backdrop of negotiations with the Lebanese government regarding the disarmament of the terrorist organization, saying: "We have succeeded in deterring Israel for 17 years, which is considered an exceptional achievement. Without us, Israel would have reached Beirut as it reached Damascus and would have occupied 600 kilometers. The resistance will remain a barrier preventing Israel from achieving its goals. We will not give up the weapons that protect us from our enemy."
