The first round of indirect talks for a Gaza ceasefire and release of hostages has concluded in Qatar. This was reported by two Palestinian sources familiar with the discussions to Reuters news agency, who noted that "the Israeli delegation does not have sufficient mandate to reach an agreement with Hamas."
