The IDF revealed that Hezbollah is working to rebuild its capabilities in the village of Beit Lif in southern Lebanon, in what it called "a blatant violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon." The IDF spokesperson stated: "IDF forces led by the Northern Command and in cooperation with Military Intelligence located dozens of terror infrastructures in the village area, including command centers and weapons depots belonging to the terrorist organization. Hezbollah places these in civilian homes of village residents and near civilian buildings and facilities."
