The Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court has convicted engineer Hanoch Tzahar (90), who designed the ceiling in the 2016 parking garage collapse in Tel Aviv's Ramat Hahayal neighborhood, where six people were killed. The charges against Tzahar are causing death by negligence and negligent injury.
