The suspects are accused of bringing and storing hundreds of flares in the stadium's concession stand. Meanwhile, the court ordered house arrest for two other suspects who allegedly threw fireworks during last night's soccer match between Maccabi Haifa and Beitar Jerusalem, causing second-degree burns to the child.
