In a press conference in Gaza on Sunday, Palestinian factions said they will continue to act "without hesitation" against Israeli forces "until Israel ceases to hurt our people in Jerusalem and on the West Bank and until the siege on Gaza is lifted."
They went on to say that Israel has the legal and humanitarian responsibility and must allow reconstruction in Gaza after the 11-day fighting in May.
"The popular uprising will work towards a clear vision and we call on our people to take part," the factions said.
