Dan Perry: 'This is public theater'

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was likely not surprised by last week’s attack by U.S. President Donald Trump on Venezuela, according to at least one Middle East expert.
“I don’t believe he necessarily was surprised,” former AP chief Dan Perry told ILTV Insider. “The same way that I don’t believe the U.S. was necessarily surprised by Israel’s attack on Qatar. This is public theater. It’s in everyone’s interest that Trump should project that he’s not in any way a tool of Israel. I strongly suspect that there was at least an indication, but I can’t prove it.”
