IDF said on Wednesday that it had observed a 70% increase in Iranian cyberattacks against Israeli targets in the past year.
A military spokesperson said most of the dozens of attacks were detected and prevented - but one, last October, when hackers breeched the systems of a major hospital, had caused severe disruption. IDF computer experts assisted the Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera , to repair their systems.
