IDF: Roadside bomb, not RPG, caused injury to soldiers in Philadelphi Corridor

An investigation into Friday’s incident along the Philadelphi Corridor, in which four IDF soldiers were wounded, revealed that the damage was caused by a roadside bomb and not an RPG as initially believed, the military said Saturday.
During a supply mission, a convoy of Humvees struck the explosives, and terrorists lying in wait opened fire with small arms. One soldier was seriously wounded and three others sustained minor injuries in the incident, which occurred in the southern Gaza Strip.
