Security forces killed Ibrahim al Nablusi on Tuesday after laying siege to his Nablus home.
He was wanted for terror activity including shooting attacks on Israelis in the West Bank and had escaped arrest since fleeing an armed altercation with troops last February in Nablus.
Three men who were part of the same terror squad, died in that incident.
