All roads in the Upper Galilee Regional Council near the Lebanon border have been closed to traffic under IDF instructions on Saturday noon, except for Route 90.
"Residents residing in the evacuated towns (except Kiryat Shmona) are requested to avoid movement to and from the towns (except for urgent/emergency cases - with authorization only), a statement from the council read.
“Movement within the settlements should also be minimized, and residents should stay close to protected areas. The gates of the communities will be closed, and there is a prohibition on leaving for agricultural work in these communities." (Shimon Elbaz)
