Prime Minister Naftali Bennett on Tuesday decided to ease quarantine requirements for fully vaccinated Israelis following consultations with health officials.
According to the latest decision that will come into effect on Wednesday, fully vaccinated Israelis over the age of five who have come into contact with a confirmed COVID patient, will be required to quarantine only until a negative PCR result is received.
They, however, will not be allowed to attend crowded events, including cultural or sporting venues, and will have to refrain from close contact with the vulnerable population for at least 10 days after contact with a virus carrier.
