The State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment with the Tel Aviv District Court against Michael Shine, 41, from Holon, for raping a woman in the prostitution circle. According to the indictment, the two met at a motel in Bat Yam after he contacted the victim on Telegram and arranged the meeting. After she provided him with sexual services and intended to leave the room, he attacked and raped her while she resisted and even bit him. In response, the defendant tried to strangle her with a pillow on her face and only when she promised him that she would do as he wished did he remove it and then raped her again. Afterward, he stole 4,000 shekels from her purse.
